Electric Screwdriver Introduction and Composition

Dec. 16, 2012 - PRLog -- Electric screwdriver is a power-driven hand tool used to fasten or loose screws. Electric Screwdrivers are equipped with a system that can adjust and limit the torque.
The electric screwdriver is mainly used in assembly line, it's the necessary hand tool for most of the manufacturing enterprises.

Types of Electric Screwdriver

There're 3 types of electric screwdriver: straight type, gun type, installation type.

The Composition

Generally, the electric screwdriver is consists of power cord, lift ring pressing handle switch, change-over switch, handpiece case, torque adjustment mark, drill lock sleeve, torque adjustment thread bushing.

1. lifting ring: made with elastic steel wire, used for hanging the screwdriver, enable to demount and install.
2. power cord: for connecting the electric screwdriver and power. 2 kinds: one is power supply with transformer (12V, 24V or 36V), the other kind is direct insert type.
3. pressing handle switch: the switch to control the screwdriver working.
4. change-over switch: to control the screwdriver to turn by clockwise direction or anticlockwise direction.
5. handpiece case: to protect the screwdriver from backfall.%u3000
6. torque adjustment mark: for indicating the screwdriver's output torque, marked with a certain number.
7. torque adjustment thread bushing: for adjusting the screwdriver's output torque.
8. drill lock sleeve: for protecting the axle sleeve, keep the screwdriver bit from falling down.
