PRLog - Dec. 15, 2012 - US-WIDE, US-wide -- DWK TAX GROUP: Your Nationwide Internet IRS and State Tax Resolution Company provides all 50 States, including Hawaii and Alaska, with IRS Tax Debt Relief. We WILL Release your IRS Wage Garnishment within 24 to 48 hours.

THE DWK TAX GROUP GOAL IS TO HAVE YOUR IRS WAGE GARNISHMENT / IRS WAGE LEVY RELEASED THE SAME DAY THAT YOU BECOME OUR CLIENT.

IF WE CANNOT HAVE YOUR IRS WAGE GARNISHMENT / IRS LEVY RELEASED WITHIN 24 to 48 hours , NO ONE CAN.

When you know your money is on the line, you have to act fast!

It is important to note that the IRS is only required to send the Final IRS Levy Notice ( Final IRS Wage Garnishment Notice) to your last known address.

You do not need to actually receive the Notice for IRS Wage Garnishment for the IRS Wage Levy to be effective. You may never actually receive the IRS Garnishment Final Notice. You may not realize that you are in danger of receiving an IRS Levy / IRS Wage Garnishment until your Wages are actually Garnished.

The IRS WILL DEMAND of your employer that a portion of your IRS Wage Garnishment be sent directly to the IRS. Section 6334 does allow for an exempt amount that must remain outside of the IRS Wage Levy / IRS Wage Garnishment. That amount is very small, leaving you without enough money to satisfy your regular living expenses.

An IRS Wage Levy / IRS Wage Garnishment upon your pay check is considered to be a continuous  IRS Wage Garnishment / IRS Wage Levy, i.e. it needs to be applied only once and will be applicable to your future wages ( weekly, bi-weekly, monthly pay check, commission check) until either Released (we excell at  getting the IRS Wage Garnishment Released) by the IRS under §6343 or the debt is fully paid. As your future wages (your pay check) are earned, no additional IRS Wage Garnishment / IRS Wage Levy action is necessary by the IRS to take a large portion from your pay check unless steps are taken to Release the Wage Levy.

DO YOU WANT YOUR WAGE GARNISHMENT RELEASED WITHIN 24 to 48 hours?

After your IRS Wage Garnishment has been Released, you still have an IRS Tax debt to Resolve.

There are 4 ways that you can Resolve Your Tax Debt:

1. If you agree with the IRS Debt and, more or less, given up, you can have an IRS Installment Agreement. Penalties and Interest will continue to accrue and your Tax Debt will double in approximately 3 years. That is a very expensive solution to your problem.

2. You may be Currently Uncollectible. When a taxpayer is unable to make installment payments and can prove that enforcement of a Levy or Garnishment would create significant undue economic hardship by depriving the taxpayer of basic living necessities the IRS, and some States, will classify the account as currently uncollectible and grant hardship status to suspend collection activity.

3. Petition the IRS for your IRS Penalty Abatement. The Internal Revenue allows you to avoid tax penalties if you have a good excuse, known as "Reasonable Cause". Decisions are made by the IRS on an individual, case-by-case basis, which is very encouraging.

“Reasonable Cause” can be anything that we make it.

Divorce?
Medical Reasons?
Substance Abuse?
Loss of Income?
Death in the Family?
Failed Business?

If an IRS Penalty Abatement request is worth making – AND IT ALWAYS IS WORTH MAKING -- it is worth making correctly.

4. An IRS Offer in Compromise ( also known as an OIC ) is an excellent way to settle your IRS Tax Debt with the IRS for much LESS money than what you currently owe. This Settlement of IRS back Tax has been commonly known as "pennies on the dollar". At least one of three conditions must be met to qualify a taxpayer for consideration of an IRS Offer in Compromise (OIC) Tax Settlement:

a. Doubt as to Liability — Tax Debtor can show reason for doubt that the assessed tax liability is correct.
b. Doubt as to Collectibility — Tax Debtor can show that the IRS tax debt is likely uncollectable in full by the IRS under any circumstances.
c. Effective Tax Administration — Tax Debtor does not contest liability or collectibility but can demonstrate extenuating or special circumstances that the collection of the Tax debt would "create an economic hardship or would be unfair and inequitable." This IRS Offer in Compromise (OIC) program is available for any taxpayer, but is primarily used by individuals that are elderly (Social Security), disabled (SSDI), or have special extenuating circumstances.
