Recognizing Phoenix Metro area companies that foster a positive work environment, the “Best Place to Work” title is given to organizations that exhibit exceptional engagement and retention, unique employee benefits and strong employee morale.
The annual list is determined through survey results provided voluntarily by company employees. The confidential questionnaire focuses on employee satisfaction in a number of areas, including benefits, culture, communication, policies, and company mission.
“Being named one of the top three places in Phoenix to work is a huge honor and we are incredibly proud of our team and their dedication over the years,” said CEO/ President Trish Bear. “We have the privilege to work with a team of talented people who continuously inspire one another. And we strive to create a culture where team members continue to learn and grow every day.” The "Best Places to Work" award is a fitting end to a landmark year for I-ology.
Earlier this year, the company launched a redesigned website and debuted a new logo and color palette.
