Kulenty-McDonald Media, LLC is now Talkback Productions

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 14, 2012 - A major announcement has been made by Mesa Arizona based company Kulenty-McDonald Media, LLC also known as KM Media, LLC which was founded in 2009 by long time radio veteran Robert Hernandez McDonald Jr., who is professionally known as Bobby Hernandez.  A tentative announcement was made of a possible merger with Phoenix, Arizona based Phoenix Talkback Productions ,which is a sole proprietorship founded by Lou Lernor, in September 2012.

While it took some time to get the negotiations completed, the merger has become final with KM Media, LLC and Phoenix Talkback Productions taking the name Talkback Productions of Arizona. Formal formation of the company as a corporate entity will be made upon the filing of documents with the Arizona Corporation Commission in the first quarter of 2013.

Talkback Productions will produce a weekly radio show hosted by Mr. McDonald called Talkback Phoenix and will involve local politics, entertainment and current events. The show will also feature movers and shakers in Arizona and national politics and news makers.
