New York Criminal Defense Lawyer Announces Charges Against Former Broadway Star Dismissed

Mr. Sanchez was charged with assaulting his maid, a claim he denied all along. Today a judge in Manhattan dismissed all of the charges against him and he walked out much happier. "Obviously my client is very happy with this result" his attorney Mr. Michael Discioarro said. " He proclaimed his innocence all along."
The charges stemmed out of an argument Mr. Sanchez had with his maid and she claimed physical abuse." These charges were absolutely baseless." Mr. Discioarro said.
The case was further complicated by the fact that Mr. Sanchez is elderly and was very much afraid of jail time. He is best known for his roles in the Golden Age of Broadway. He has won multiple awards and has been on stage with every major star in Broadway. But the role of defendant he did not like. "This is wonderful" he said.
