This third video in the series, hosted by LifeSize video evangelist Simon Dudley, covers basic and advanced techniques for using the professional networking site LinkedIn to more effectively communicate with existing and potential customers, partners and other key business constituents. The video highlights how to set up company and product pages, and explains how users can create active discussions within the LinkedIn user community.

During the video tutorial, Dudley discusses how LinkedIn can fit into a reseller's social media strategy, as well as the intricacies of how to use the networking site to get the most results. He guides resellers through the process of setting up both company and product pages so end-user customers can easily find them on LinkedIn, and get the corporate and product information in which they are most interested.
Additionally, Dudley dives into the more advanced features and strategies of using LinkedIn effectively to create discussion groups to connect with prospects to develop new business opportunities.
