On The Rock’s new program is the only camp that teaches you the foundation that leads to a healthy lifestyle. On The Rock believes that the best results are achieved with a combined approach to fitness and nutrition, for this reason, the program emphasizes the following 4 segments: 1) Education, 2) Evaluations, 3) Goal Setting, and 4) Training. The total duration of the camp is 40 days. The first week is devoted to education and goal setting mixed with light training. Weeks 2 to 5 are devoted to training and evaluations. Final evaluations and program closing takes place during week 6.
A significant difference on this program’s content vs. other programs is that it is not just a weight loss camp but rather the goal is to achieve a permanent lifestyle change that is consistent with the individual’s health goals. On The Rock’s program delivers personalized attention and follow up, which makes this program unique. For this reason, total enrollment will be limited to 20 attendees.
On The Rock also coordinates programs with SERSFEM, a non-profit educational organization devoted to teaching of seminars and delivery of information on health and wellness to the DFW Hispanic community.
