Covered Grills Hold In Smoke and Heat

Dec. 13, 2012 - PRLog -- Outdoor cooking is easier on covered grills.  Model EC charcoal grills from Pilot Rock come in two sizes: 320 sq. inches for single picnic sites, or 500 sq. inches for group areas. Features of this commercial-grade grill include: four draft vents for fire and smoke control; a fire grate elevated off the bottom of the firebox for draft control; a single level cooking grate tips up for easy access to the fire grate; both grates are welded 5/8-inch and ½-inch diameter solid steel bars; a side utility shelf is included; heavy 10- to 14-gauge steel and welded construction; with a finish of high temp non toxic black paint. Both grills include our standard 360 degree rotation on a theft proof swivel attachment, with a 3-1/2” OD steel pipe base.  Two new options include the Warming Basket to keep some items warm while grilling others, and a Swivel Shelf that swings around the grill post so you can position it for maximum convenience. These Model EC covered grills are popular in public parks and in residential developments such as condominiums, military housing, dormitories or married student housing.
