Bentek: U.S. Midcon-to-Mt. Belvieu NGL pipeline capacity to increase at least 340 Mb/d by 2014

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 13, 2012 - Bentek Energy, a leading energy markets information and analytics company, reports NGL pipeline capacity between the U.S. Midcontinent and Mt. Belvieu, TX, will increase significantly by year-end 2013, reaching more than 750 Mb/d. Currently the only direct pipelines transporting NGLs from the Midcontinent to Mt. Belvieu are Oneok’s Arbuckle and the Sterling I and II pipeline system. Bentek reports during 2013, the proposed Southern Hills and Sterling III pipelines will make up the majority of the capacity increases and will be critical to relieving NGL infrastructure constraints between the two regions.
