PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 12, 2012 - NEW YORK —December 6, 2012 — ERG Property Advisors is pleased to announce the sale of 3001 W. Eau Gallie Blvd. in Melbourne, FL. The asset contains a Net Leased Applebee’s  and most notably fetched a capitalization rate of 6.85%.

The tenant has an absolute triple net lease for a 5,606 SF building located on an 84,506 SF lot.
