By downloading and storing Encore’s content and jobs, it allows the user to continue browsing the app even when no internet connection is available.

‘The app features Broadbean integration, which means that recruiters at Encore are free to post jobs as normal knowing that their mobile candidates will always have the most up-to-date content.
