Christopher, Jr., will join the Long & Foster family to help spearhead real estate strategy and growth for the company in the Wilmington and Delaware Valley region.

Christopher, who most recently served as assistant sales manager and director of education in the Greenville Sales Center of Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate, has more than 20 years of experience as a licensed real estate agent. He is the son of Dick Christopher, who served as President of Patterson-Schwartz Real Estate for more than 30 years.

Christopher will be named manager of an all new Long & Foster office in Greenville, Del., slated to open this month.

He has received the National Sales Award from the Realty Alliance for the past nine years in recognition of exceptional performance as one of the leading residential real estate sales professionals in America, and is a Lifetime Member of the New Castle County Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club.
Christopher is very active in the local community and supports several charitable organizations, including Children's Beach House, Inc.; St. Patrick's Center; M.S. Society; and Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County.
