There was no one region driving the sales boost, either, with Californians purchasing more Cadillac vehicles, to the tune of 23%, while drivers in the northeast US caused a 37% increase in sales.
At least some of this attention is likely due to Motor Press Guild naming the Cadillac ATS as Vehicle of the Year; similar accolades came from Esquire and Popular Mechanics. Retail sails for the vehicle nearly doubled, enjoying an 87% increase from October to November, with half of the buyers switching over from competing vehicles.
The XTS, on the other hand, offers drivers a new choice in the large luxury vehicle category. It is the first vehicle to feature Cadillac's new connectivity and control user interface, CUE, which has been named a finalist in the AOL Autos Technology of the Year Award. 96% of the sales of the new XTS were to retail buyers.
November is the sixth consecutive month of growing sales for Cadillac. The automaker has been a leading brand in the luxury vehicle market since 1902, giving drivers something of a renaissance in automobiles in recent years by combining performance, luxury, and advanced technology in all of their vehicles.
Both of these vehicles, as well as the full current lineup of Cadillac automobiles, are available now at Motor Werks Cadillac of Barrington.
