-- LMI has named Russ Dulaney as its new Midwest Regional Director. Dulaney replaces Rich Turner, who remains with LMI in an advisory role.

arrived at LMI in 2012 from SRA International, Inc.’s, St. Louis Regional Office, where he served as Deputy Director for Growth and Operations. Previously, he was an account manager for SRA on projects supporting the United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM)
, and the U.S. Army Military Surface Deployment and Distribution Command. Prior to his work for SRA, Dulaney worked as a senior analyst in the Systems and Integrated Technology group of TRW Incorporated (now Northrop Grumman) in support of U.S. Army clients.
Dulaney also served in the U.S Army in various logistics-related assignments. He holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Tulane University and a master’s in logistics management from the Florida Institute of Technology.
