Dawson Shanahan launches YouTube channel

Dec. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Dawson Shanahan (http://www.dawson-shanahan.co.uk/) has launched a YouTube channel (http://www.youtube.com/user/dawsonshanahan) designed to offer potential and future customers a closer look at its wide range of precision engineering facilities.  The first wave of videos comprises seven short films that illustrate processes such as cold forming, turning and milling, enabling engineers to appreciate the quality and range of work on offer from Dawson Shanahan.

The full list of videos currently available on YouTube covers Inspection, Turning, Milling, Medical, Cold Forming, Corporate and Value Added Services.  The videos rely on location filming and simple on-screen captions, rather than dialogue, so that customers around the world can easily gain an overview of the company and its machine systems.

Dawson Shanahan, one of the leading specialists in precision cold forming, is continuing to expand its machine systems as part of an on-going programme of investment that has seen the company reach across the globe. Key to this growth is the company’s export business to Europe, North America and the Far East, which currently accounts for around 85% of all orders.
