NetBalancer 6.1 Optimizes Network Traffic Load for Better Internet Experience

NetBalancer 6.1 is available under Microsoft Windows XP, 2003, Vista, 7, 8 and has native support for x64 systems. The only limitation of the unregistered version is a maximum of 3 priorities and 3 rules at a time. The full version costs $29.95.
