Storm-Tex Launches New Company, New Vision and Website for Stormwater Management in Houston

Flack was recently elected the Administrative Vice President of the South Central Chapter of the International Erosion Control Association and the Region 7 Representative for the CPESC, Inc group which stands for Certified Professional in Erosion & Sediment Controls. Flack has been involved with Stormwater Quality Management since 2004 where he learned about permitting, turf establishment, erosion control and detention pond maintenance. He has since then continued to learn and develop his storm water knowledge and skills and is now a speaker at many conferences sharing his expertise.
