Bill Tobolsky Appointed TO NJSBA General Counsel Delegation

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 10, 2012 - Tobolsky Law founder and lead attorney William H. Tobolsky, Esq. was recently appointed as a delegate of the Camden County Bar Association to the General Council of the New Jersey State Bar Association.  

The objective of the Council is to prepare resolutions for mandatory consideration by the State Bar Board of Trustees.

With astute legal knowledge, creative ability and skill, Tobolsky has been efficiently assisting clients with complex business and litigation matters for over 30 years. His range of practice provides counsel to a large array of businesses including regional construction companies, employers representing the manufacturing and service sectors, as well as non-profits, religious institutions and charitable foundations and others in dispute.  

Widely published, Tobolsky has held editorial positions with National Trial Lawyer, New Jersey Trial Lawyer and Rutgers-Camden Law Journal, and was a columnist in the Barrister, the Camden County Bar Association’s monthly publication. Tobolsky has also served as co-editor of New Jersey State Bar Association’s Construction Law Section newsletter. He published earlier this year in Construction Executive magazine in its Legally Speaking column.

Tobolsky is a member of the Marketing and Education and Governmental Affairs Committees of the Associated Builders and Contractors – New Jersey Chapter. Moreover, he has also served as co-chair of the Construction Law Section Newsletter Committee of the New Jersey State Bar Association, and a subcommittee of the American Bar Association Committee on Business and Commercial Litigation.
