Titan Bank refinances hotel property located in Temple, Texas

Dec. 11, 2012 - PRLog -- Dallas, TX, December 11, 2012 – Titan Bank, NA today announced the funding of a $1,419,000 loan for the refinance and property improvements for a Baymont Inn & Suites, located in Temple, Texas.

Jerry Gray, Titan Bank’s Vice President comments, "The SBA 7a Loan provided the borrowers with the ability to refinance their existing conventional loan which was at a higher rate of interest and simultaneously complete the required property improvements in order to rebrand the property to a Baymont Inn & Suites.  

The funding of this loan enables Titan to extend its lead in the SBA, USDA and small business lending sector.  As noted recently, Titan Bank received the US Government Small Business Administration’s Rising Star Award for the SBA’s Dallas Region.  The award is the latest recognition for Titan Bank, one of the few remaining chartered banks that focus primarily on loans to small companies.  Titan Bank intends to continue its expansion in this sector as it plans to double its lending staff in the next twelve months nationwide.
