Realtor AJ Ackerman Offers Free "How to Sell Your Home" Video Series on YouTube

Dec. 10, 2012 - PRLog -- REALTOR® AJ Ackerman has released a free, educational 12-part video series entitled “How to Sell Your Home.” The video is available for public viewing on his new YouTube channel, as well as on the “Sellers” section of his website. AJ has made the video available as a public service for those who would like to learn more about the ins and outs of real estate sales, and how to sell a home quickly, specifically in Southwest Florida.

“Video has become such a powerful means of communicating with people online,” said AJ Ackerman. “I’ve put out several free educational eBooks, but I really wanted to engage people on a more personal level. With video, I’m able to talk about the information as I would if I were speaking to a friend or client who asked me how to sell their home. In these videos, I share my experience to help people understand the tricks and tools of the industry.”

In this video series, AJ walks sellers through every step of the home-selling process, carefully explaining how various elements affect how quickly a home sells. AJ explains how to choose the right real estate agent, set the right price, and understand the importance of staging and showing a home. He then talks about what expectations sellers should have after a home showing, and how to negotiate offers.

AJ points out that there are many reasons people may need to sell their home quickly.

“Sometimes life circumstances change without much notice, and someone needs to make a move quickly. Or, perhaps someone has recently inherited a home, but does not want the responsibility of owning it at that point in their life. There are also many who have put a great deal of time and financial resources into renovating an old home, and are now anxious to reap the benefits of their investment. Whatever the case, my passion is helping people move on to the next stage in their life. I hope that the latest educational resources I’ve made available will help.”
