Thomas started writing country songs about ten years ago and over that time period has worked hard to put a fine edge on his songwriting skills. During that time he also worked on learning to play the guitar. His songwriting has become a burning desire within him. The passion shows through in his lyrics and while he describes himself as “just a simple songwriter,”
Mr. Metzgar has produced two albums on Thomas White. From the first album, “White’s Diner” comes the Top-40 hit song entitled “Fall Back In Love With Me.” The song has received national airplay from radio stations and heavy chart action over the past several months. Mr. Metzgar's promotional team has worked the record out of Top 200 and into the NMW Top-40 chart. This is a dream come true for this unpretentious and humble young songwriter. His producer hired the top session players in the city of Nashville and currently he has two songs in the national charts at the same time. His second album “Living To Run, Running To Live” has just hit iTunes, Amazon.com and all the major music distributors.
With two albums behind him, Thomas is currently working on his third album project which is slated for release in early 2013. One can expect what has become his signature sound – hardcore honky tonk, traditional country music that is simple honest & pure.
