Scorpion Hot Sauce will light your tongue on fire

The SHS is a really delicious pepper, very similar to the Habanero in flavor. SHS also has a unique burn. It starts off really slow, but it continues to build, and build and build. Incredibly Intense! You gotta love it!

1. This hot sauce is great for hot sauce lovers and connoisseurs (like myself)! I tried a hot sauce that was made with ghost chilies and that wasn't hot enough for me, so when I got word of Cajohns and that they had a hot sauce that was made with the Trinidad Moruga Scorpion (the new world's hottest pepper) , I told myself "I gotta try some!". I selected this one because it had great reviews and the heat level it said it had, and boy it does! I tied a bit on my finger at first and I felt some burn, but then after I put a few quarter-sized drops on some food, after a few minutes, the burn was mighty! It is unbearable but you just have to stick it out, its worth it! Its got great flavor (fruityness to it), and a nice heat level for those craving that thrill-seeking burn!

2. This is currently my favorite sauce. Tastes natural, good balance of ingredients that enhances the chili's flavor. Seems to be hotter than most of my dried nagas, a little goes a long way.

3. This hotsauce is amazing! It tastes so good and has a lot of heat. If you like Sriracha Hot Sauce then you'll love this! It tastes way cleaner without the gunky taste and is 10x hotter! I put this on everything! You will not be disappointed.

4. It is the perfect hot sauce with the right amount of spice great in chile and rice

5. The smell is fantastic. No strange smelling extract, just fruity moruga aroma. The heat is off the charts for a natural sauce, but not too much to handle. Just a little on the tip of your finger is enough to make your forehead and nose bead up with sweat.

6. This is classic natural hot sauce. First none of the bitter cap oil taste. Its all pure Scorpion pepper. Second, you get that fruit pepper flavor that you only get with habanero, ghost and scorpion type peppers. Third, you get that nice slow onset. By the time these peppers hit their peak, there is no backing out. You are in for the long haul. These peppers build in intensity slowly for 5 to ten minutes. The burn lasts for a while too. If you like hot and flavorful without that nasty bitter oil taste that comes from cap oil, you will love this.

7. The flavor is great, the heat is great. It's one of those funny types where the first few bites (I dumped a bunch of it into some spaghetti sauce) don't seem so hot. By the time I was finished eating, the heat had kicked in for sure! I never buy the sauces that are "spiked" with pepper extract... ya gotta get the heat from the pepper in my book, and these guys did a great job!.
