Gilman to Receive 'Designer of the Year' award at FashInvest Capital Conference

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 7, 2012 - New York, NY – Fashion pioneer Diane Gilman, known as the “Jean Queen”, will be honored with the ‘Designer of the Year’ award at the third annual FashInvest® Capital Conference, on Tuesday December 11th, in recognition of her long-standing, successful career spanning over four decades.

As a global stage for emerging start-ups in Fashion, Fashion Tech, Retail and Branded Goods, FashInvest® gives entrepreneurs and fast growth companies the opportunity to pitch their business concepts to potential investors and forge new relationships. The conference will also showcase topical educational panels including a Q&A fireside chat with Gilman.
