Thousands of residents throughout Southern California participated in the sweepstakes event, which was launched this Summer in honor of Coldwell Banker’s 106th birthday, and as a way of thanking clients for making Coldwell Banker the No. 1 real estate brokerage firm in California.
Price, who facilitated the sale of the Catos’ La Mesa home last year, said they were shocked but ecstatic with the news. It was a call she was thrilled to make.
“As a testament of our appreciation to our clients who helped make Coldwell Banker No. 1 in California, we were thrilled to provide the Catos family with a $20,000 check,” said Jeff Culbertson, president, Greater Southern California Companies. “We believe Coldwell Banker is the best in the real estate business and are grateful to our agents who work tirelessly to serve the communities where we live and work.”

Since its formation in 1906 in San Francisco, the company is now enjoying its second century of serving homebuyers and sellers globally with the quality and innovations they’ve come to expect.
