His classic remake of the song Silent Night is a favorite this year and he has decided to give 100% of the single's sales to Charity. He will be giving equal halves to Unicef and the Red Cross.
"It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to sing such a classic song and I just felt so fortunate that I wanted to pass on the good will. I was editing the song to play during a series of National disasters (photos) and while doing research I came across photos of hungry children in Cambodia. I couldn't eat for a week. I was actually eating when I saw the photos and was about to take a bite of a really great soup. I instantly lost my appetite. I don't think I ever realized how much they need our help"
The actor / musician is already a trained member of the Red Cross and has now vowed to dedicate his career to feeding the hungry as well. It's nice to see stars like this rising up in Hollywood and promises a brighter tomorrow.
