Operation Smile
Every three minutes a child is born with a cleft. These children are unable to speak and, in some areas in the world, shunned from their communities. The families of these children in need are unable to afford to provide their children with the proper surgery needed to correct the deformity. Since 1982, Operation Smile has provided more than 3.5 million evaluations and over 200,000 free surgeries for children and young adults.

The local event will be held at Nutmeg Bowl of Fairfield, Connecticut. It will be Saturday, December 8th at 5 p.m. A donation of $20 per person is all that is required. The event includes two hours of “Extreme Bowling” in addition to shoe rental. Jonathan Wesley will also be raffling items donated by the company President and local businesses.
