NJ Based Film Production Company Announces National Food Award Nomination

Dec. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Shrewsbury, NJ: Two River Pictures is proud to announce that "Good Food America", the original series produced for Veria Living featuring Chef Nathan Lyon, has been nominated for the Best Food Travel Series at the 4th Annual Taste Awards. The winners of the 4th Annual Taste Awards were announced on December 4, 2012 and will receive their honors on January 17, 2013 at a Red Carpet Hollywood gala, portions of which are filmed for later broadcast. Although thrilled at the honor of being nominated, they congratulate the winner in their category "Around the World in 80 Plates" produced by Bravo Media and Magical Elves.

Taste Awards Finalists are selected from nomination submissions by the Academy of Media Tastemakers, a diverse and respected association of food & wine editors, writers and bloggers, chefs, fashion journalists, television producers and stations, online video platforms, mobile device providers, retail and technology enterprises, and others.

Two River Pictures was also recently nominated for a 2011 James Beard Foundation Award in the category of Broadcast Media (Television Special/Documentary) for the one hour special "The Four Coursemen" on The Cooking Channel.
