Unlike the iPhone app that will set you back around five dollars, Android offers this fun application free to users. Android is solidifying itself in the market for apps and games and is constantly gaining market share in the smart phone wars.
In September of 2012 Nik Software was acquired by Google, so offering this app for free is a generous gift from Google to its faithful Android users.
In comparison, the new Android app is somewhat similar to the iPhone app. Encompassed in the Android app is all the user friendly and powerful editing tools that one would expect and in the same spot for ease of use.
The fun photo editing tool comes complete with a one-tap auto correct tool, tune entire images, crop, rotate even the “selective adjust” tool which enhances certain parts of the photos.
Snapseed is surely worth the five dollars in the past on the iPhone, so now that its on Google Play for free it is definitely worth its weight in free gold.
