According to Gary, this recipe book came about because of the wishes of her grandchild.

“One day when my granddaughter and I were making her favorite fudge recipe she asked me if I had put the recipe in any of my recipe books.  When I told her that I had not done so, she said that everyone should be able to make this fudge,” said Gary.
