TÜV SÜD announces 2nd annual IT service management convention in Bangalore

Dec. 6, 2012 - PRLog -- Bangalore, December 06, 2012:  TÜV SÜD South Asia, today, announced that its 2nd Annual IT Services Management (ITSM) Convention will be held in Bangalore on December 14th, 2012. The key focus of the convention would be to introduce and educate mid to senior level professionals of the IT sector about the concept of Cloud Computing. The daylong event will also focus on sharing knowledge with the attendees about the differently adopted practices in ITIL framework and the implementation and management of quality IT services.

TÜV SÜD’s Cloud Computing Qualification framework will be launched during the convention by Mr.Mario Rodrigues, Senior Vice President and Board Member of TÜV SÜD South Asia. This framework is aimed at knowledge recognition and person qualification in Cloud Computing.
