Regeneration-Equinox Launches New Powernap Class this December

That’s why Equinox Boston will dedicate the month of December to regeneration, leaving fitness enthusiasts feeling recharged and rejuvenated just in time for the New Year!

Bring sleep back into that rigorous routine with Equinox’s exclusive new Powernap Class, a meditative workout combining yoga and soothing music that will help members feel renewed, refreshed and revitalized. This forty-five minute to one hour class will begin with a yoga flow and end with a twenty minute brain wave restorative session where attendees will be able to take a short energizing nap. During this time, each member will be given a personal Play button containing soothing music by Brain Sync, clinically proven to harmonically layer brainwave frequencies resulting in optimal sleep, so don’t forget headphones!

The Powernap Class will only be available during the month of December 2012. Limited number of classes will be offered at Equinox’s Boston Dartmouth Street location only.

Guests can further unwind by following their powernap session with Equinox’s 50-Minute Relaxation Massage focusing on meditative breathing and aromatherapy creating a unique and calming experience ($115). The Relaxation Massage will be offered at Boston’s Dartmouth and Franklin Street locations.
