The company has delivered services such as firmware upgrades, recovery services or device setup services to hundreds of customers and has now published their first iTunes® App.

The App with the name 'Live Support for iPhone / iPad' is now available in the iTunes® App store for a free download.

The support service provider is reachable via http://www.iphone-support.biz and has developed an App with great functionalities in order to assist customers with their problems. Owners of the iDevices can take a screenshot of their error messages so that an operator can assess the problem and repair it remotely. Another functionality allows clients to book an appointment with one of the operators to get their iDevice fixed at the chosen time. Regular updates will give the App user tips and tricks on how to use the iDevice in the most efficient and effective way.

The main functionality though is the option to start a live chat session from within the App on the iDevice. This chat can be converted to a support session, if necessary and on request from the customer. This way any software problems can be fixed wherever the customer is located with the iDevice as long as there is sufficient network coverage. The iPhone® or iPad® also don't have to be handed in to a shop and the services can be done when it is convenient for the customer.
