The App with the name 'Live Support for iPhone / iPad' is now available in the iTunes® App store for a free download.

The main functionality though is the option to start a live chat session from within the App on the iDevice. This chat can be converted to a support session, if necessary and on request from the customer. This way any software problems can be fixed wherever the customer is located with the iDevice as long as there is sufficient network coverage. The iPhone® or iPad® also don't have to be handed in to a shop and the services can be done when it is convenient for the customer.
