Project Restoration: Healing One Life at a Time
So, to say that he has decided to dive into another project was somewhat surprising to most of those around him. Many would say that he is stretched too far, but he says that there is work to be done.
Dr. Wallace released the following statement earlier this morning:
“This year has been challenging to say the least. There have certainly been a significant amount of disappointments and setbacks. The faith of myself and others associated with RWM (Rick Wallace Ministries) has definitely been tested; however, in the midst of all of the chaos and struggle, God has moved mightily and much has been accomplished.
For those of you who would question what would make me take on another project with so much going on already and with there being very little in the way of resources, you would only need to meet with Donnette Spruill for less than 10 minutes to have the answer. Donnette is filled with passion to help bring restoration to a generation of people who have been robbed of dominion, power, and life. These people are in need of healing from past wounds so that they can be released into the harvest fields of their tomorrows.
When Donnette told me about her book “Damaged Goods”, it blew me away, because it was in direct symmetry with the series I had just finished entitled “Damaged Goods No More”. We spoke in great depth concerning the current state of peril that believers, as a whole, are in. The more we spoke, the more the vision, purpose, and direction for this mission became clear. Then we realized that our original visions were simply merging to be a part of the whole vision that God had given us individually.
We have purposed to work in a manner that calls men back to their rightful positions in the home and community, bringing healing to the land as they resume the roles of responsibility and leadership they once abdicated in lieu of selfish ambitions. We are calling men to rise up as standards and examples of what it means to be a Godly man in a trying and confused time. Instead screaming and pointing the finger, stand up and walk it out for all to see.
We are calling women to walk out of the past hurts and disappointments of yesterday to discover their true worth. We are calling these women to recognize their uniqueness and power. To understand that they are regal by nature; a dynamic part of the Royal family of God. It is time for our women to stop walking in the shadows of self-hate and low self-esteem.
Project Restoration will touch lives through every medium available. One life left untouched is unacceptable. God is about to ignite the greatest revival in the History of the Church and it begins with restoration of the remnant and it will metastasize until it has permeated every orifice of human existence in this world.”
Dr. Wallace admits that there will be challenges, but insists, as he always does, that the race requires perseverance and it is to those that refuse to surrender that the victory is given. Project Restoration has committed to providing regular media updates as to the progress of the Project.
