Walgreen Co. (“Walgreens”) Acquires UCH Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. (“UCH”)

Dec. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- TTC acted as UCH’s sole M&A advisor for this transaction, which closed in November 2012.
