New International Pet and Animal Transportation Association Board Begins Term

The International Pet and Animal Transportation Association (IPATA) hosted its annual meeting in Madrid, Spain this October where their incoming Board of Directors was announced including David Landers, DVM, owner of AirVets Pet Relocation Dallas, TX
 
Dec. 5, 2012 - PRLog -- As part of its ongoing commitment to the care and welfare of pets and animals during transport, the International Pet and Animal Transportation
Association (IPATA) hosted its 36th International Conference in Madrid, Spain from
October 20-23, 2012. The conference brought together 195 pet shipping professionals from 37 countries including David Landers, DVM, local owner of AirVets Pet Relocation in Dallas, TX, who will be serving on the incoming Board of Directors. The Board has been announced and will now begin serving the association. “The conference in Madrid was extraordinary!” says Sally Smith, who now serves as Past President on the Board of Directors. “With attendees from across the globe, it provided networking opportunities for pet shipping professionals that can’t be found anywhere else. We are already looking forward to next year in Las Vegas.”

Assistant Regional Directors will also be appointed. They will be responsible for working with the Regional Director in their region and developing more interaction with members and addressing industry concerns within the region.
