CASH 1 Supports the DUCK Golf Tournament to Raise Money for Community Center

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 4, 2012 - Phoenix, Arizona October 5, 2012 - The Phoenix community got their golf clubs to come out and support The Downtown Urban Community Kids also know as DUCK. The tournament was held at the McCormick Ranch Golf Club to raise money for the centers activities. The golf course was filled with children from the DUCK center and local supporters. Everyone was having fun and supporting a good cause at the same time.

The Christian based program was formed in 1995 as a safe haven for children living in downtown Phoenix. DUCK was created as a reaction to the growing number of children living in poverty. DUCK's goal is to provide a safe and fun place for children to go to after school. Duck wants to help children develop life skills and highlight the importance of education through tutoring, supervised computer time, devotional time, home and school visits, art, dance, science, crafts, drama, music, and sports activities. CASH 1 was eager to be a part of the tournament and support such a great cause. CASH 1 strives to be involved in giving back to the Phoenix community.
