Mr. Whiteman’s real estate practice includes representation of clients in a broad range of real estate transactions including the acquisition, disposition, development, and financing of office, warehouse, hotel, restaurant, condominium, retail, mixed-use, and multifamily properties. In addition, Jason has significant experience representing landlords and tenants in a wide range of leasing matters, including leases for retail, office, and industrial spaces.
Prior to joining Fowler White Boggs, Mr. Whiteman was an associate with Fox Rothschild in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is currently a member of the state bars of Florida and Pennsylvania, and is admitted to practice before the United States Southern District of Florida. Mr. Whiteman received his B.A. from the University of Florida and his J.D. from Stetson University College of Law.
