By: Red Barn BBQ Steaks & Sports Last July, a drunk driver hit the car of a Texas woman. In the car was now-9-year-old Xitclalli “Chilli” Vasquez. In the wreck, she was paralyzed from the waist down. Chilli's letter to drunk driver Jeremy Solis was read aloud in court on the day of his sentencing. The message left the jury in tears. "I don't remember the first several days. I could not talk, so I had to use my thumb to answer yes or no," Chilli wrote. "While I was in ICU I had very bad moments. They take me to X-ray every day, feed me through my gbutton, I had tubes through my mouth and nose."
