The album will consists of African artists throughout the world, as well as musicians and artists who have collaborated with artists and musicians from the continent. The project is still open for song submissions, but the window is closing soon. As of this week, the songs on the project are represented by artists from Ghana, South Africa, the U.S., Zambia, The Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zimbabwe, Ethiopia, Jamaica, Nigeria and Senegal.
This project brings together and exposes the world to the various musical styles, dialects and cultures from around the continent, as well as its many talented artists and musicians.
