Kevin McKervey of Clayton & McKervey, P.C. Joins Vistage Michigan

PRLog (Press Release) - Dec. 4, 2012 - Kevin McKervey, managing director of Southfield-based Clayton & McKervey, P.C., has become a member of Vistage Michigan, a part of the world’s leading chief executive organization.  Vistage Michigan provides business leaders with access to new business perspectives, innovative strategies and actionable items.

As a member of Vistage Michigan, McKervey will enjoy an advisory board of CEO peers who meet in small groups, nine times a year, to help one another make better business decisions and achieve better results.  He also will partake in one-to-one business coaching from a seasoned and accomplished Chief Executive (C.E.) Group Chair.

McKervey has been with Clayton & McKervey since 1990, playing a fundamental role in the firm’s contributions to the international business community.  His efforts have focused on business attraction with organizations including the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Detroit Regional Economic Partnership, Michigan Export District Council, Automation Alley and the county economic development teams in the region.  

The Northville resident also has been actively involved with other international organizations including the German, French, British, Asian American, Italian, Swedish, Swiss and Hispanic Chambers of Commerce, and the International Visitors Council.  He has chaired the International Business Development Committee for PKF International Limited, a highly ranked worldwide network of legally independent accounting firms providing local expertise in accounting and business advisory services globally.

McKervey is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, where he has led the International Committee.  Kevin is a graduate of the University of Michigan-Dearborn, which recently named him the 2012 College of Business Alumnus Difference Maker.
