Neil’s story was featured heavily in the national press as the media covered the team’s fantastic achievements.

Neil spends the week with the Reboot clients, giving motivational speeches and helping them overcome any mental obstacles. His personal dedication and determination is an inspiration to everyone.

Reboot is based in a beautiful manor house in Charmouth, five minutes’ walk from the stunning Jurassic coast. Clients will receive personalized training plans from the day they book, leading up to their five day boot camp, then for 12 weeks after. Reboot educates their clients, ensuring that they have the knowledge to continue their fitness goals at home.

The Reboot week incorporates workshops with our nutritionist, Naomi Devlin BA (Hons) RS HOM. Naomi works alongside Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall at TV’s River Cottage and is a nutrition genius. The Reboot on-site chef ensures that clients do not go hungry and provides recipes and advice for clients to replicate at home. And what better way to wind down at the end of the day than a relaxing massage from Reboot’s massage ladies.
