“We’re happy to announce the installation of the generators and those who helped bring this project to fruition,” said Marjorie Evans, CEO of Broward Children’s Center. “These generators are so very important to the children and young adults that we serve, as well as to their families. They will provide safety and security in case of a severe weather emergency and allow us to provide a safe haven to those in need within our community. We really appreciate Assurance Power Systems, TAW Power Systems, The City of Pompano Beach, and Broward County for coming together to make this possible.”
Chip LaMarca, Broward County Commissioner, offered a few remarks regarding the generator install and assisted in the ribbon-cutting alongside Marjorie Evans, BCC Board members Joyce Stewart, Bill McGough, and Mark Grimaldi, Assurance Power Systems, and TAW Power Systems.
LaMarca attested, “I have been very fortunate to have worked with Assurance Power Systems and TAW Power Systems in the past and I can guarantee you that their businesses are the very best in the industry and the generators they have
installed at Broward Children’s Center are of the highest quality.”

certified nursing assistants supervised by licensed nurses.
Mayor Lamar Fisher of The City of Pompano Beach graciously attended the ceremony to honor the efforts and generosity of TAW Power Systems and Assurance Power Systems. Guests enjoyed the cool and crisp November air on the back patio of the respite home while participating in the ceremony.
