As part of its efforts to respond to the increasing demand for short-term rentals, Flag Travel Corporation has created a portfolio of properties which can be rented on a weekly basis. It ranges from studios to one or two bedrooms apartment both in the US and in Europe. Flag Travel addresses the needs of its corporate and leisure clients who prefer to optimize their travel budgets renting an apartment rather than staying at an hotel.
Flag Travel is in the process to build an e-commerce platform through which directly offer its properties to the public. The main element of differentiation from the existing competitors is the unique relationship that the Company has with both its Hosts and its Guests. Flag Travel only offers properties owned or managed by Hosts where there is a long-standing relationship in place, same goes with its Guests. This allows a creation of a unique trust bond between Hosts and Guests that is rare to find.
Furthermore Flag Travel business model allows Hosts to advertise and rent their properties at no charge and permits Guests to rent their apartments without paying any commission or sending the lease amount upfront.
