Topics that will be discussed that can help homeowners avoid foreclosure and bankruptcy include refinancing, loan modifications, short sales, deed in lieu of foreclosure, Nevada Mediation as well as credit and post- closing financial obligations. Real estate professionals, negotiation and bankruptcy attorneys, loan modification specialists and credit counselors are scheduled as speakers at the event.
