Utilizing her nearly 25 years of hospitality experience, as Director of Sales Nicolas will be responsible for the total sales efforts at the Courtyard Coatesville, including developing and maintaining new accounts, supervising sales related personnel, and implementing sales and marketing strategies so as to maximize profits of the hotel while maintaining guest satisfaction. She joins the Courtyard Coatesville from her most recent position as Corporate Sales Manager for the Desmond Hotel and Conference Center in Malvern, PA, where she also previously served as Director of Sales. Nicolas’s previous sales experience also includes a Director of Sales position at Elbo Marketing and Sales in Chester Springs, PA.

Nicolas has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management & Administration from Alvernia University in Reading, PA. She currently resides in Downingtown, PA.
The 125-room, four-story Courtyard Coatesville opened its doors in May, and was the 500th in the Courtyard brand and the first in the area to feature Marriott’s “refreshing business” makeover, which includes an open, bright and contemporary new Courtyard hotel lobby. The hotel, part of a 22-acre redevelopment project known as “30 West”, is owned by Coatesville Inn Associates, an affiliate of the hotel’s developer Oliver Tyrone Pulver Corporation.
