Fort Myers Title Agency, Title Junction, Hosts Educational Seminar for New and Experienced Realtors

The "End of Year" class is scheduled from 10:00-11:30 a.m. on December 13, 2012, at the company offices. This class is suitable for realtors with all levels of experience and will cover several topics of interest including: Tax Proration, FIRPTA, Escrow Release and Claiming Homestead. Limited seating is available and pre-registration is requested.

"Our seminars are very popular with local realtors. We've covered a variety of topics this year and plan to touch on some of those, then close with a question and answer session. The Q&A sessions at the end are especially informative for both the realtors and us. We get to learn about new issues that realtors are facing and they get to learn more about the role of the title agency throughout the real estate closing process and ask very specific questions of us," noted Jennifer Ferri, Owner of Title Junction (www.title-junction.com).

Previous seminars put on by Title Junction have included: The Foreign Investment in Real Property Tax Act (FIRPTA), HUD1 Settlement Statements, Title Commitments and Policies, Signature Requirements and the Title Order Process and Basics of Title Insurance.
