The new-build property, which was developed speculatively by the Carnegie Property Company earlier this year, comprises 9,224 sq ft of workshop and 4,458 sq ft of offices with a substantial yard and is let to Ashtead Technology Limited for 16-years. The unit was developed on a speculative basis by the Carnegie Property Company, and was pre-let to Ashtead prior to practical completion.
Fraser Milne of FWM Investments commented: “This property was one we were keen to acquire because of the quality of the unit, coupled with the length of income and the tenant that is in place. This building fits the FWM strategy of acquiring good quality properties with long term leases in place.”
Knight Frank acted for the vendor Carnegie Property Company.
