EMA Partners Miami is headed up by Managing Partner Luis Pedemonte, who had previously operated his own firm where he built an impressive clientele of Fortune 500 companies. Luis has an extensive background as a search practitioner in the areas of Technology, Digital Marketing and Consumer Markets. He is joined by Mark Young, a seasoned executive recruitment professional with more than thirty years of experience in financial services and wealth management, technology, agri-business, consumer & retail, supply chain & logistics, and government & not for profit sectors.
Luis indicated that after overseeing the successful growth of his own firm, “We recognized the importance of a local presence, however, we were ready to make the strategic decision to join a truly global organization where, on behalf of our clients, we can leverage international expertise in executive search.
