ABOUT THE AUTHOR: Regan was born in Philadelphia. She grew up in the Roxborough area of the city and currently lives there with her husband and daughter. She has a Bachelor of English degree and Master of Education from Bloomsburg University. She is a member of Sisters in Crime. Her second novel, Aberration is due out June 6, 2013.
