The first of the three restaurants is expected to open in the first quarter of 2013.

As Delaware natives, Houston franchisee, Bryan Burnett and his wife, JoAnn grew up eating Capriotti’s and share a longtime love of the shop’s award-winning sandwiches. Burnett and his wife have 30 years of ownership experience in the retail industry in Houston. Burnett was drawn to the company’s unparalleled subs and consistent quality of service. Capriotti’s newest development will introduce Houstonians to award-winning favorites like The Bobbie®, made with whole roasted turkey, cranberry sauce, homemade stuffing and a touch of mayo on a freshly baked roll and The Capastrami®, piled high with hot pastrami, Swiss cheese, coleslaw and Russian dressing.
